HACCP & FSMA Regulatory Compliance Consulting
As of September 2015, companies that manufacture, process, pack or hold food must comply with Food Safety Modernization (FSMA) Act 21 CFR part 117 – Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food.
