FSPCA PCQI Training Recognized by FDA

PCQI training must be taken by any and all individuals responsible for food safety including those that carry out food safety-related duties. Preventive Controls For Human Food Regulation require that all businesses that manufacture, process, hold or pack food have a PCQI available. Our training courses for Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals (PCQI) are the best way to ensure your company complies with FSMA PC rule and properly learn and understand how to carry out responsibilities outlined in risk based food safety system.  

All of our courses are registered with the FSPCA and we use their standardized curriculum that is recognized by FDA as adequate to meet the requirements set by Title 21 CFR 117 and 177.180 for Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals. Our courses cover a span of 2.5 days and total 20 hours.
