I have been in the food industry as a quality representative for nearly twenty years. From a line technician to the Director of Quality so there isn't anything I haven't seen. I have worked with various meat and poultry products, (raw & ready to eat) as well as Bakery, Dairy and bottling operations.
I have a Science Degree, HACCP certified from both AIB and the National Meat Institute. I recently received my Certification in the implementation of SQF 2000 systems

I have been in the food industry for over eight years. I started as a line employee and worked my way up to become a manager. I have worked with variety of raw and cooked meats as well as with RTE sandwiches and prepared meals.
I have a Master Degree in Commodity Science with Major in Product Quality Management. Throughout my carrier I became SQF Practitioner and HACCP certified. I'm registered SQF consultant for food sector categories 8 and 20.
